Creating a Great Venue for Family Celebrations - Privately Built Farrer 1970’s

The Project
This project was to renovate a 1970’s privately built Farrer residence to accommodate a large family’s growing entertainment and lifestyle needs.

The Challenge
The family that lived in this Farrer home was large by modern standards with a number of teenage children who were coming of age, and a large extended family.  This created a growing need for spaces for entertaining.  The client had a keen interest in architecture and wanted to be involved at every stage of the design process.  The project was a true client/designer collaboration.
