Renovate an Architect Designed Home – Hughes, 1960’s

The Project

This renovation project was a second addition to a 1960’s home in Hughes ACT, originally designed by local architect Roger Pegrum. Phillips and Associates Architects were engaged to replace a ramshackle sunroom, and add an inviting deck, renovate and enhance existing rooms and address the landscaping and the entry to the house down the long driveway of the cul de sac block.
