The challenge - provide a delightful living environment on a limited budget. The house design integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces in a simple floor plan with all living areas facing north. The living space extends to the covered outdoor area allowing for year round use. The house provides for up to 4 people and is suitable for a family of 4 , a couple, shared accommodation or a single person.  The construction of the house allows for immediate construction within 3 months.
