Wall Cladding
Ulltratech © aluminium is used as an aluminium cladding it contains much less embodied
energy than other cladding systems such as brick, while providing an attractive and affordable solution.  The product is fully recyclable and prefinished to reduce onsite costs.

External Paving
Unit pavers are selected for reusability.

Floor
Burnished concrete finish used for living areas providing thermal mass to retain heat from solar radiation.  Concrete slab on ground with an insulated slab edge regulates the temperature of the house year round.
