Roof Structure and Cladding
Roofing panels are used as both roof cladding and structure, the panels also have an insulation ’R’ value of 4.0.  The panels save time in construction and contain less embodied energy than other productsn and are recyclable and renewable.

Insulation
The walls are insulated with 90mm 'eco' batts with an ‘R’ value of 2.0, 'eco' batts are made from recyclable and renewable materials.

Future Possibilities
The house could be extended into the garage to provide more space and a single carport and lockable bike rack provided. The north facing roof pitch provides an excellent opportunity for either solar panels or a solar powered hot water system
