Alterrations and Additions to an existing house in Hughes originally designed by architect Roger Pegrum and later extended by Clem Cummings. The house was extended and renovated to enhance the connection with the outdoors and extend the living space to overlook the neighbouring reserve. The work on the house to extend and renovate the house by Phillips and Associates Architects received a commendation in the Australian Institute of Architects ACT Chapter Small Project Architecture award category.
